Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements on site Conduct HSE inspections on construction sites and with subcontractors to ensure safety Ensure that construction and installation activities follow HSE guidelines and influence adherence Perform quality control and apply safety standards directly on site Support the identification and resolution of safety-related issues (e.g. anomalies or deficiencies in occupational health and safety) YOUR PROFILE Certified qualification in occupational health and safety At least 2 years of experience in construction and knowledge of machinery inspection Proficient in HSE-specific software Understanding of construction processes (materials, systems, and workflows) Knowledge of national HSE regulations and application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Very good English skills; German is a plus A driving license valid in Germany is required Residence in Germany is mandatory (relocation support will be provided upon acceptance of an offer.)
