Prepare process maturity assessments by ensuring that all maturity criteria are fulfilled Monitor action‑plan follow‑up, risks, and opportunities Ensure integration of best practices and lessons learned into ways of working Conduct systemic root‑cause analyses on major issues using quality management tools such as PPS, 9S, Pareto, Five‑Why, and Ishikawa Contribute to effective process implementation (e.g., communication, awareness, documentation, tools) Your Qualifications: Completed degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification Professional experience in aircraft manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, process improvement, and Quality Management FMEA experience is mandatory Good knowledge of Risk Management and Total Quality Management (problem‑solving methodologies) Experience with the Skywise tool is an advantage Good knowledge of SAP; Google Workspace is a plus Business‑fluent English skills; German or French language skills are an advantage Excellent stakeholder management and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills Strong communication skills to ensure ongoing interaction with interfaces and other functions Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret quality metrics accurately Ability to prepare and present work results and project deliverables in a target‑group‑oriented manner Wir freuen uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung (mit englischsprachigem Lebenslauf). / We look forward to receiving your detailed application (English CV).
