In this role, you will:  Support the Global Head Office team and the global community in projects & activities related to the company's sustainability program 'GoGreen' in the areas of CO2 efficiency, sales of green solutions and people engagementAssist in the analysis, monitoring & reporting of ongoing GoGreen activitiesSupport in assessing customers’ CO2 emissionsAssist in the rollout of a global GoGreen training programContribute to internal/ external communication measures and campaignsPrepare presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint and do data analysis with Microsoft ExcelResearch on competitor & industry activities in the areas of sustainability and innovation Our perfect match:  You are studying Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or any comparable program and you have at least completed the fourth semesterYou are characterized by a high motivation, a quick grasp of things, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approachYou value working within a team and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within a project teamNext to excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint) you have very good English and German language skillsIdeally, you have already gained practical experience in the areas of Sustainability, Strategy and InnovationYou are available part-time or full-time for at least 3 months - a longer duration up to 6 months is possible/preferred  Your contact: Antonia Stieglitz will be happy to answer your questions at antonia.stieglitz@dhl.com. 

YOUR TASKS Lead and manage cross‑functional projects with a strong focus on data management and digitalization in quality and logistics operations Analyse user requirements and translate them into structured business blueprints in alignment with IT and business stakeholders Drive global roll‑outs of digital and quality‑related operational processes, including concepts, documentation and training programs Conduct process mapping, process design and process‑mining activities to optimize workflows and operational performance Coordinate and execute user acceptance tests and guide operational functions through validation phases Perform market research, benchmarking and feasibility assessments to evaluate new tools and solutions Develop proof‑of‑concepts and ensure alignment between operational needs, technical capabilities and rollout readiness YOUR PROFILE Several years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in multiple PM roles and complex operational environments Recognized project management certification (GPM IPMA, PMP, SCRUM or equivalent) Proven track record in digitalization projects involving SAP, MES, incident management or comparable systems Strong expertise in process management, including process mapping, design methodologies and process‑mining techniques Deep understanding of operational requirements such as user acceptance testing and design‑to‑operations workflows Highly structured, self‑driven working style with strong execution capabilities in fast‑moving environments Willingness to travel and strong communication skills with fluency in English and German (Spanish is a plus)   YOUR BENEFITS In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you:   *Some offers may vary by location Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
