Your Tasks: Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors processes, especially in the areas of payroll and time management  Support and continuously improve existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori apps  Ensure high-quality 2nd-level support following ITIL standards  Depending on experience: lead workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage internal and external stakeholders  Expand your knowledge in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively contributing to ongoing projects   Your Profile: Degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable education/qualification  Several years of relevant experience in SAP HCM consulting – particularly in payroll and time management  Expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; knowledge of SAP Fiori and ideally SuccessFactors  Experience in interface handling (IDOCs, CPI) is a plus  Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international context  Fluent in English; German or Spanish skills are a bonus YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
