YOUR TASKS Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes) Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both German and English YOUR PROFILE Completed secondary education; a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems Fluent in English; German at a working proficiency level (B2+) is a plus Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment Please note: The position is based at our Factory near Rostock YOUR BENEFITS Nordex offers a range of attractive benefits – here’s a selection of what you can look forward to.
