What You Bring
A proven track record (7+ years) in leading industrial capital equipment sales teams, ideally in the corrugated, printing, or machine-building industries.At least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in international or multi-country environments.In-depth understanding of the EMEA corrugated market and an established network of industry contacts (preferred).Strong technical aptitude and experience in solution-based sales.Demonstrated success in matrixed organizations and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.A solid history of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.Fluency in English; additional European languages—especially German—are a plus.Willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 50 – 60 %).
